A tyrant holds power because he managed to convince the holders of the ultimate discussion argument, aka violence, to be on his side, and if the people who work hard and have good character are on his side as well, because the tyrant manages to give them what they want, then he is set.

This is not the case for any globohomo failed state. They have the support of precisely every welfare and dependent class. They are desperately trying to buy more years of power by cucking and shaming the people who all them depend upon.

The correct name is Anocracy or anuscracy if you prefer.
