Some examples that i personally like:
Pic related Magus in particular is great, but pretty much all GSC models are quite good in my opinion.

Kill Team Typhon brought the Raveners, which are just very good.

Kill Team Blood and Zeal had the Preachers, which include some very good "zealous monks with flamer"-types

And lastly, because how could such a list be complete without including Space Marines, i believe the new Logan Grimnar is vastly superior to the old one, and even without that disgusting sledge model before, would be a great looking miniature. In general, the recent Space Wolves rework brought quite good models. The Terminators are also very good.
