Muramasa is the story of a guy with a vow against killing due to a vow he made to his mom when she was dying going around the country fighting various minibosses to gather plot tokens he needs to fight his evil sibling with the same powerset as him but able to use it more effectively since his sibling isn't held back by the main character's no killing vow. As he does this he's followed around by two women, one tall, one short, and a crazy guy who's obsessed with making him break his vow against killing no matter what it takes.
It's very original and bears no resemblance to a popular shonen manga.
