We can anticipate human ego, pride, etc. the point isn’t that the king wanted a shitty party, he no doubt wanted a good party in his name, the issue is the party was so good invited so many people of influence and flexed the connections of the nobleman so an extent it overshadowed the king. He could’ve thrown a rager but kept it at a level the ceiling wasnt reached.


Has anyone read pic related ? I guess the guy was on the UK Iraq commission and has an OBE and seems to have been that guy . It came out 2013 and might be dated due to drones but he has more recent stuff on Ukraine I saw also.
