Change fluid as next service and you need to keep the rubber bushings on these fresh. Use gyro disc rotors and Pagid street for the pads. The engine is extremely low wear if you keep the oil fresh. The common issues are camshaft adjusters and HPFPs which are very easy to do on your own. For most other service pay Audi to do it.
GOAT engine. Do your duty and keep it running as long as you can.
Also; don’t mod anything. It’s already perfect.
