The k2 is fundamentally a better platform than the ar-15 and would overtake it if not for the existing momentum/aftermarket the ar-15 platform currently enjoys

The solution to public transport is to make it free.
Or, well, to make SOME of it free.
If you make certain train lines, busses, etc. free, it acts as a magnet for certain “undesirables”, thus allowing the rest of the population to travel in peace.
