Yeah, it looked like he was scripting which was honestly my first thought but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Watching the recording now It looked way too clean not to be, however. I know there was a script mod for the surge staff m1 auto attack build to infinitely machine gun the entire level, but I'm not even sure if it's possible to do what this guy was doing so it might actually just be a case of straight up hacking/cheating. Even in h40 he was shredding bosses.
