nta but madlibs means instead of writing lines for your song so it's a cohesive own product, you're looking at the existing song and replacing a single word here and there in a way that produces something closer to a cover than a parody. it's not a political term, it refers to the kids books where the kid is prompted to add any word they can think of to teach them proper grammar and such.
note there are times only changing a word or two in a line is right, and even times leaving a full line alone is wrong, but if half of the lines in your song are "hmm yes let me replace [noun] with Vidya and now the line is complete" you're not writing a parody.
