No such game exists. There isn't a secret gamer utopia society either.
You have to compromise if you are still interested in online gaming in 2025 or just quit.
My suggestion is to find games where you can mute people and just zone out. If you don't know where to start go through steam charts and click any game that seems interesting. Outside of steam and the few obvious popular online games like overwatch there are niche online games like avp2 multiplayer etc. but those are super unpopular like 5 players at a time thus I don't recommend and I also don't recommend trying to find weird "looking for game" crap or discord/friend circles either. Everything that matters is in plain sight, there is no great secret utopia as I said.

TLDR: gaming became shit. cope or rope.
