Rape doesn't even exist by way of the law of Tonys and Carmela. If a Carmela gets "raped" it's because she chose not to have a Tony. If she had a Tony she wouldn't have gotten raped. Without a Tony it's an absolute certainty she gon get raped. It is a conscious choice to forsake tony and go on to try to live your life as Carmela-Without-A-Tony. They know they're gonna get raped as a Carmela-Without-A-Tony on account of they won't have a Tony. They know it. So is it really rape? Of course not. They consented knowingly by forsaking Tony.
Now there is some argument to be made that rape exists because a Carmela-with-Tony could *possibly* get raped. That's a whole different ballgame.
As a Carmela when you forsake your Tony you chose to get raped at the end of the day. Foregone conclusion.
