I'd get into Alpha 3 if it weren't for V-ism being the meta. I already don't like CCs in A2, so finding out that playing X-ism / A-ism characters is basically handicapping yourself because of how dominant V-ism is even in casual play kinda killed my interest in playing A3. It's a shame because the game has a cool roster, but I highly doubt I'd have fun with it online just because all online play is built around a mechanic I don't enjoy.
