There's zero cross over from this to industrial policy. An industrialist needs to pay attention to geography, have an interest in suitability of slaves, infrastructure, mathematics, research. Curiosity, autism, ruthless desire to progress and make number go up, often arriving at weird places due to striving towards optimization etc etc

Let's also not forget that the Metropolis Moloch scene essentially created the chaos dwarfs and that has zero to do with khorne by itself, on a cultural level - instead having to do with a Briton's imprinted genetic memory of Viking conquest and of being buck broken.
