Ikit Claw was trained by Daemons-smiths in exchange for a favour he did to them, and that pretty much started clan Skryre that they are sorta-neutral with.

There is an Ogre tribe called Ironbellies that is friendly with Chorfs.

Despite the Black Ork rebellion, it only failed because there were Black Orcs still loyal to Chaos Dwarves during it. And there are still BOrcs in Zharr Nagrund, if not in same numbers as pre-rebellion.

Only ones deeply hostile are High Elves, who keep them from dominating the seas with their steam ships.
