Yeah, it is more of a single player friendly mechanic. Kojima tried it in MGS 5 online, with FOB raiding, and i can't say that it is really fun for online. There can be implemented a chickened out version of this, where raiding man just copies the girls, but that's not really in the spirit of the series.
