Anyone here used to do job interviews for employees, any experience?
Because even if I hadn't seen their previous work ethic and what they wrote beforehand ... I would not hire these 3 ... I wouldn't hire 95% of the team that worked on MLP.
These 3 came off as extremely immature ... you'd think they're artists and most artists are usually immature but no ... these 3 people did not exude any sensitivity in them.
Even without being petty and noticing these retards enjoy writing villains... and the way they replied with a big shrug and "we dunno" when the Q&A about petrifying a child and Discord not getting any punishment for what he did, even with them interrupting one another ...
It felt like 3 very uneducated 12 year olds were talking. Ironically Haber was the most honest, he didn't pretend, he outright said he has no experience. That immediately means I do not hire him.
Whenever that dumb bitch opened her mouth I could immediately tell she was faking it and I immediately caught her bad demanour and way she kept saying Vogel.
And Vogel's demeanour? jesus fucking sociopathic christ I haven't seen that behaviour since a screeching 12 year old who got ... not even kissed in the ass, but everything handed to him. That's 100% the most generic "My parents paid for everything, I don't know how to cook for myself, but I'm a big deal, I'm the favored child. My parents love me through money."
Anything deeper than that I'd need to actually see their actions in real life to see how hypocritical they are, but the way they just shrugged and came up with no answers about Cozy & Discord was enough.
They're grown ass adults in their 40s gesticulating like 12 year olds ... if this was a job interview I'd drop all of them because of their garbage answers and the 12 year old behaviour.
But also because of their careless demeanour, they do not behave in an educated caring way. They're positive & optimistic about their own ego and selfishness with 0 care about others. I did not feel a single sensitive bone in that whole interview.
There are children who actually feel & care, these manchildren do not care... and again if you put this through a visual AI I could mistake them for 12 year olds because that's how they behave. "like, like, like, I mean" and all that hand waving, 0 respect, 0 care.
If this was a school the teacher would have yelled at you to quit that crap instantly. I'm not sure what kind of school they went to, probably SpED school but in a normal school the teacher tell you to cut the fucking gesticulating and will ask you if you're feeling fine, are you hiding something, do you need a glass of water? It's not normal to gesticulate unless you're insecure, hiding something or trying to come off as a pseudo intellectual.
From their behaviour alone I would not hire them, let alone the retardation they answered when the actual non-retard questions came through which accidentally checks for emotion and logic. They're not artists nor mature.
