I was the classic rock boomer kid wearing the Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin shirts to school every day with a leather jacket.
It was a combination of Tony Hawk games and Guitar Hero games and Adult Swim bumps and finding out about Stones Throw and Wu Tang Clan from The Boondocks that really got my music taste kickstarted.
Racing game soundtracks were another fantastic source of good taste and variety.
