You might need more fiber. You seem to be eating well enough still, though try to avoid eating just carbs if possible. I don't think they really have enough to keep someone going. You need protein, carbs, fiber and minerals to sustain yourself and carbs only have like. Carbs. Crazy isn't it
Me personally my diet is like. 1 meal a day and it's a big burrito with meat and cheese. And then probably a sandwich with meat and eggs. And then probably some cookies or other random stuff I found. And then greek yogurt with mango. And then a protein drink usually with coffee. I eat very little usually yes.
