I actually do wonder, since if Kubo's answer on Klub about Ichigo's imperfect Hollowifcation suggests a perfect form would be akin to that level he displayed on the rooftop, that would mean Segunda Ulquiorra could be on another level in the power scaling tier list. Like, top 10 for sure. Plus, we don't see mountain-tier blasts against until Butterfly Aizen btw, so that's another point for how insanely powerful those two were.
