No. Heavyweight has been sparse since 2015, but it's mainly due to USADA changing the landscape of heavyweight. Since, there has really been only Stipe, Ngubu and DC who have been okay since then. Right now you have the problem that Aspinall has already heemed everyone who deserves a title shot, much like Ngubu on his run.
Another issue is the Ariels and Luke Thomas's hype up muh old days and nufags like you get too bent out of shape when a HW gets a loss. Fact is, there were plenty of blob matches and boring fighs since the beginning of HW and they all lost to each other back and forth all the time.
