I have schizophrenia diagnosed by our so called Earthly doctors, how do I know? I feel like someone hacked my instagram account and can see anything I do, and I know it's not real

shit sucks, after pills I have no desire to do anything I'm a zombie, but without pills I feel normal except for these wierd thoughts
