Glitch is trying to give a platform to a multitude of creators and given their independent status and relatively scaled down production model they can only work on so much at once.
Murder Drones in particular has been a telling litmus test for fielding how ignorant alot of people are regarding indy animation or what Glitch's objectives as an animator are. From people insisting that there would be multiple seasons, to TADC cutting it short, to baseless claims of Liam feeling this way or that about anything. More than likely Murder Drones was a bit of trail by fire learning the hard way how to scale production, balance workload and adapt to changes in project scope.
Eitherway, whatever the case, whatever the truth if there is anything someone doesn't like about MD they'll invent some theory as to who or what was to blame for it.
