The point being is that Whites aren't adept at scamming and thievery - so in prehistorical times they would be thrown out, they were weeded out when we were still cavemen.

And meanwhile we evolved to be high-trust, because we had gotten rid of our thieves and scammers tens of thousands of years ago, we lost our distrust in the process of evolution.

This doesn't happen only in humans but everywhere in nature, if a natural predator is completely eradicated, the specie will evolve and often lose the ability to combat that said predator.
And its not only animals but in plants too, lets say there is a type of tree that develops resistance against a certain kind of blight, to the point that all trees that dont have the resistance die out, and the blight dies out too.
To develop resistances you are spending 'evolution points' i.e. energy that is better used elsewhere once that resistance is no longer relevant, and ultimately its lost as the organism that doesnt spend energy developing a resistance against non-existant threat thrives better.
