Most local masters degree programs in my area are 20-30k. You make so little that staying with them for either 1 masters or 2 masters would be worth it. Besides internal promotions are possible with masters degrees. Think of it like getting paid 130k with the benefits they give you and a possible promotion path. Either way weigh out your options you are really low paid so taking college for free would be imo worth it. But i would maximize it by doing the degree in half the time to max out their college benefit and reduce the amount of time you are stuck with them.
