PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2 can all do ray tracing to some extent.
In some cases it's rudimentary, like having RT reflections here and there and nothing else. In other cases it's impressive use of RTGI that defines the whole overall look of a game and it's pretty impressive in its own right even though newer PCs can obviously go way beyond it.
Switch 2 has DLSS, PS5 Pro will get FSR 4 or something similar. It's only base PS5 and Xbox Series that lack high quality upscaling
