tried it yesterday bot, AWESOME, couldn't have come up with it without u bot :D
2 things:
soft surface - don't need to much, i'm very lean though, but towel folded in half at least
plate to hold in chest or in arms to make torso heavier so that u can lift your legs and pelvis up while legs are folded over pelvis, completely soft doing nothing like psoas :D
