I always get this thought when spotting for strangers >i could murder this person and they couldn't do shit about it
Then I start to ponder other shit and it goes away

I did this to a drunk guy who was pissing everyone off at a house party where I lived with a bunch of roommates. He was talking a lot of shit to everyone and threatening to kick our asses and stuff. Rather than beat him into oblivion I just picked up and brought him out the front door and locked him out. Cant blame him for not wanting to fight after that.

unironically how do you stop? Kind of a nighmare if you think about it, just constantly picking up speed, getting banged up initially until you get fast enough, knowing that the next hard turn is going to fuck your shit up.

Why is everything either cringe or based with you zoomers. Just let people have fun for fuck's sake. I'd rather watch that than instathots or roidfreaks flexing in front of the mirror/cellphone.
>>76590974
never claimed instathots and roidfreks are better tho.
here is why its cringe "hey man, lets go shirtless, and use barbell as lance and plate as shield and lets go walk on the treadmill for 20 second to make pose while we film ourself so we can post it later on social media" see how cringe it is now. but you refuse to see the "behind the scene" are realise this isnt organic but 100% fabricated and cringe. especially considering they did to show others while balding. seeing 40 years old acting like teenagers will always be cringe

forgot to mention that they are out of shape and are fat, just check their belly ffs .
if jeff seid was doing it, you would say its cringe.
and le like girls, they had more fun posting it and thinking about the likes and comments than doing it and you know its true

My uneducated guess is that it slipped out of his hand. Maybe he was just practicing the motion(s).
But why not go outside in the first place?
We may never know. >no webm to share

Code call for it being able to support 200 pounds.
So, it didnt fail per se.
Also, poor lady. She is so far gone. She will have 20 years shave off her life due to that weight.
>>76589284
if I were dobby, I'd make the barbell phase through the bands so it's trapped inside and he can't rack it because his weight is putting too much tension on the bands.
yes I am a rather twisted little Dobby ill admit

He herniated some discs which resulted in significant nerve damage. It turns out having the bar bend while squatting nearly 700lbs isn't a good situation for perfect thinking. You can see he can't quite figure out whats going on. Hell, if you were spotting, how would you even help him?
>>76592982 >if you were spotting, how would you even help him?
Tell him to jump forward, pull the bar off his back and get out of the way as it crashes down.
>>76590095 >You won't look even a fraction as good as this guy if you even minutes to live remotely as long
We will. We already have better healthcare, hydration etc. than this guy. Remember that he was born in the fucking 1930s. What you are seeing now is the max health and lifespan of people who had to go through 2 World Wars and the healthcare of 20th century. People born late 90s/2000s will definitely live longer and be in better shape.
