clearing it out is going to be a pain if I can't find a cleansuit and a gas mask at least, and all of the surrounding buildings are such high value...
what a pain, I REALLY need to find a gas mask or (ideally) firefighter PBA now

a bank, two milsurps, a gun store, a dojo, a fitness gym (chance for pugilism!!!), an augmentation clinic.....
