Worst Case Scenario: Trump "apprehends" Z and turns him over to the Russian courts. Two E.U. leaders get caught in the dragnet and held hostage by Putin.
Best Case Scenario: Trump offers to sell Z more weapons at a 100% markup through the E.U. middleman, mentions sanctions on Russian costumers but TACOs again.
