The balance is in a good state.
You can play high difficulties any way you want and still beat it if you are good enough.
Our equipment does not need nerfs, the enemies dont need buffs - you have simply gotten good enough at the game to know what to do in every situation imaginable.
You are the 1% that are too good at the game.
