How do CEOs even stick around longer then a year? You can't even move into a low manager position anywhere and last long. Everything you do is potentially stepping on a landmine to get fired. I can't even imagine at upper levels how bad it is yet you see CEOs of big tech sticking around for a decade plus. It's less stressful to be an internet stock/shitcoin gambler then manage a few wage workers. The former you just blow up an account and rebuild the latter is a social survival game shit test.
