Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and a couple of Darkwing Duck episodes also had Quack Pack-like humanoids, so I didn't see anyone complaining. Also, Donald Duck comics have humanoids living with ducks. Even Barks drew humanoids, although he had to give it up due to publisher opposition. Pic related.
