tl;dr I fumbled it just ignore my big ass blog

I don't know what the fuck happened but I fumbled big time today
during the first 12min I had to do a full stop because I felt some extreme pressure and heat building up on both legs
it seems I didn't arrange the shoelaces properly after removing them to wash my shoes, so my shoes felt looser than normal which I ignored at first, but I didn't expect the consequences to be so extreme (unless it was just a coincidence)
didn't want to pause too long so were really quick to tighten them, now I felt severe discomfort because they were too tight this time, had to full stop again at 20min, and then a third full stop at 26min because the left shoe was still too tight
the "damage" was already done so I thought I wouldn't make it anyway, but eventually the discomfort sated and I went until 1h just fine, basically 8K worth of volume
still had enough gas in the tank so I could have done another 20min+ to compensate the stupid pauses, but had another urgent errand and didn't account for the pauses to fuck up my schedule
