Having someone tell you what to do is beneficial, but only if you do not rely on them too much. Then you'll just have sheep with no brains.
On the other hand, if too many people think for themselves, there would be no unity. What is the balance, then?
I can see the smartest and brightest people turning into Israel 2.0. They believe they're better than everyone else and that anyone who is not them is inferior. It gives them the motivation to cooperate in order to turn everyone on the planet like them or those who refuse shall perish. While there are occasional instances of individuality, everyone is working for the same objective. (Until the Capcom lurkers hire us, that is all I have to say.)
Oh, Wesker would rather commit suicide once more than be subjected to Spencer. He had to settle with Steve after failing to capture Alexia, which damaged his ego. You are sick, requesting Wesker in a P30 catsuit. (Is there anyone who can draw this?)
If they bring Wesker back according to the character poll. Jake and Wesker could happen. Wesker remains well-liked.
They would not trust Wesker enough to let him near them, in my opinion. They would immediately kill him.
