Yeah basically just describe the scene with sentences for example picrel prompt was (other than artist tag mix I use). You can also just use tags like regular XL models either works (or both if you want)

On forge it's more ram intensive than Vram for me for some reason (I think implementation still needs some work), on my 3060 it uses around 7-8gb vram and 24 gb Ram. It was trained for 1328*1328 but you can push it up all the way to wallpaper sized gens (1920*1080) without any anatomy issues from my tests
