I have deleted all of my videogames for the idontknowhowmany-th time in my life (must be in the dozens by now, I did it twice this month alone). However, this is the first time I didn't relapse in a matter of days so it is an accomplishment.
It's not that I wasn't productive before. I have a high paying tech job and I lift and cook so I'm not that much of a slacker. I just feel I need to invest some time in yoga and aerobic exercise, and also work on a personal project, and maybe start a relationship for the first time in my life, so I need those extra hours per day and videogames had to go.

4chan is a mild vice I'm willing to keep. This place might be insane, but it is keeping me sane.

It will not magically transform you but it could be a start. At least you will have stories to tell to people.

I'm not the typical ADHD person but it seems like I technically am falling under that term. I still refuse to take medication even if it will make me perform much better.
