I'm currently replaying all souls games and never played Elden Ring.

Can you give me a quick rundown on how it differs to souls games?

How is the difficulty? I got the impression it was made to appeal to a broader audience so I would think it should be easier but then again I see super annoying looking flashy attack spamming bosses.
