I drive a 2007 model, 1.1 fire like yours. The only thing that has rusted so far has been the muffler which i replaced for dirt cheap. Other than that just regular maintenance (oil and filters, brake pads, timing belt). It is surprisingly fun to drive, and it's very practical in the city.
