Covid and then the Russian ammo ban killed them. They should've focused on making the 104 before the 103, because AK pistols are always hot sellers whereas the 16" AK market is saturated by imports. They also kept flip-flopping on doing dealer sales or direct to consumer which was a mistake on their part. They also marketed their products like it was still 2009 instead of playing the social media game like PSA/Leviathan do.
