can you read? I was talking about the heads, a total of 19 heads for 10 bodies is perfectly fine, the problem is that they waste most of those bits on unhelmeted variants instead of cool stuff like fully enclosed helmets

say for example you had 9 normal helmeted heads with an open face, 9 helmeted heads with an enclosed face, and one head for the priest, with the champion being designated by a crest you can glue on top of any of the helmets

that's enough heads to mix up to have variegated units, or go all in on one type or the other to give the unit a rookie or elite feeling

as for the weapons, I definitely think they should have had polearms too, yeah
