She describes a similar feeling that we do when we break our oaths, so it was a reference, but it was only momentary and she's right back to her usual self a moment later. This leads me to believe she didn't actually break her oath, it was just a momentary "maybe that was a bit much" reminder, or perhaps that her powers are due to her being a demigod/exarch so she doesn't follow the same rules in the first place but a normal person would have broken then. Additionally, killing a surrendering enemy is not an oathbreaking action for most of the Oaths anyway, including Oath of Crown, which is the most likely for her to be. It is an oathbreaking action for Oath of Devotion however, which is the other likely one she is, so if that's the case, then it's simply a case of a demigod/exarch getting to break the rules. Her powers come directly from mommy, rather than the intermediary system of oaths.

The mod was just updated and he changed some stuff. The lootbox altar now requires a battery that has about 10 charges. I've gotten one from a few main story questlines and a few sidequests. My inventory is filling up with lootboxes because I'm getting more lootboxes than batteries to open them. But that's the intended purpose to slow down the player getting items.
I'm not sure what the giant pillar in camp does, that's also new. I think it's a way to sacrifice loot boxes in exchange for a battery when you put like 10 lootboxes in, but I haven't tried that, and it didn't do anything when I just a few in.
