Well Psylocke is still S tier cause she was the only one smart enough to bring a gun and has little to no counters beyond the enemy team coordinating , which never happens, with an ult that still makes people panic. Compared to someone like BP and Magikek who just gets hard shut down by someone simply picking Thing.
