The eucharist is a scam, Jesus said do this in remembrance of him. So what does the Lord's supper have to do with Jesus, lets break it down:
The bread is God's Word. The mana from heaven:
[Jhn 6:33 KJV] 33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
The wine is Jesus' blood. The Holy Spirit of God.
[1Jo 5:8 KJV] 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
So when you read God's Word and study his Body of Text, you must also take with it his Love and Long Suffering and Mercy that was poured out on humanity, less you get sick and die when your heart is not in the right place.
[Gal 5:22-26 KJV] 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
