No, that's not acceptable either. In doing so, you may "beat" the game on a mechanical level - destroy, dismantle, rip it apart even - but you also ironically defeat the whole purpose of a ROLEPLAYING game. The elegance of Mintharafag's analogy is that a human DM wouldn't allow a single player to take over and ruin the entire narrative, or spoil the fun for the other players at the table, including the Life Cleric player who's just happy casting healing spells and supporting the party from a safe distance. What is it about roleplaying that scares you SO much?
