I am currently manipulating my father into making me the executor of his will. As I am the only one still at home with him, I have been studying my family's finances and showing my dad I am capable. I am also getting a law degree. As I am the only male child (he is very traditional) and the one he relies on most as his health deteriorates, I am in a prime position to get what I deserve. I plan on taking all the non-liquid assets, and giving my siblings 10% (each) of the liquid assets. Should they fight me in court, this will prove that I wasn't thoughtless and that dad agreed on it.

My dad has $9 million in liquid and non-liquid assets. It will be mine.
