This happens with every fighting game I try to get into

the problem with SC grinding is that it's fundamentally antithetical to anything that makes the game interesting, since the most efficient way to farm the only currency that matters is to play D1 missions and not even finish them. If you pay a game with time instead of money and help them pad playercounts or foster sunk cost addiction, aren't we still products?
