is it me or did they make it a lot harder to change gem ranks
i used to bounce between topaz and ruby but now i'm stuck in topaz despite going on a 5 win streak

You gain more points in a higher group. Also I assume once everyone has complete decks in master rank the difference in how hard the groups are won't be as big as they are now.

Rank is to have a time-intensive grind. Also all those different ranks are just the tutorial, everyone will be master eventually.
