Is AI bad if you come up with the design and use it to fill some details and then tune it yourself? Is AI bad if it comes with the general design and then you tune it and fill in the details?

bumping this. ngl I think my mental has improved significantly ever since my brain has been wired to, it's alright in a month it'll be over but I can't tell if following through with it is a bad idea or not.
