Beginner programming does NOT matter. Just stick with your program for 6 months instead of looking for the best and constantly changing it. Focus on being consistent, good nutrition, and track your weight. Come back after Valentine’s day to pick your early-intermediate program once you have some basic gains and know which exercises you like.
