In the original game version, the virgins are Imari, Shiraki, Nonokusa, and Yukiko, the protagonist's older sister. This is a hypothetical scenario based on that.
(Though since Kitami desired the body of a young, healthy woman, Yukiko probably wouldn't be his target...)
