If you read the subpoena in the warrant canary it seems it is tied to CP being archived on the site.
Which is pretty standard for a warrant, but the issue is if the FBI will be screwing with the owner further. Seems like they are asking for way more than simple IP logs and if I had to guess they are angling to try and nail him as a distributor or nail the site as breaking sanctions.
Weird thing is there are more of the same exact site that are not achive.today.
I even remember durring GamerGay the owner complained that they were being domain targeted and levers were being pulled to fuck with them.
